Murmela is made by Jonathan Zuecker, an independent developer in Santa Fe, Argentina. There's no ticket system and no chatbot. I read and answer every email myself.

What to include
Something isn't working
Tell me your Mac model, macOS version and Murmela version (Settings → About), and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps. Please don't send recordings unless you're comfortable sharing them.
Refunds
Within 30 days of receiving Murmela, write from the email you bought with, or include your order number. You'll get a full refund, no questions asked.
License keys and receipts
Your license key and receipt are in the email from Lemon Squeezy. Lost it? Find your orders at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders, or write to me and I'll resend it.
